These 7-litre caddy liners are perfect for your kitchen food waste, meaning you can keep your kitchen bin cleaner and free from insects and unpleasant smells. They fully biodegrade along with your left-over food when thrown out. They are completely plastic-free, leak-proof and are made from 100% organic materials. You can even compost them if you have a home compost bin!
Bin bags are some of the worst offenders of plastic waste and this swap will save tonnes of plastic bags being sent to landfills and eventually ending up in the ocean. Switch to compostable bags made of natural raw materials which go back to nature after use without ever leaving micro-plastics.
A lot of competitor bags are marketed as ‘biodegradable’ but actually aren’t, and still contain plastic. These bags are produced from responsibly farmed, renewable, vegetal resources and are certified fully compostable to EN13432. They are both home and industrially compostable. As proof, they carry the OK compost (Home) and seedling logo 7P2018.
Approved to be used for the council’s food waste collection in the UK 🇬🇧 You can also use in your garden’s compost heap as the bags will compost along with the rest of the organic materials.
The raw material for these bags is called Mater-Bi®. The corn starch and plant oils used come from EU grown maize. There’s no palm or soya, no virgin soil or deforestation involved with the production of these bags.
