Self Raising Flour 100g

Out of stock

Like most types of flour, self-raising flour is made from wheat which is low in protein and also contains salts and baking powder.

The main difference between plain flour and self-raising flour is that with plain flour you have to add your raising agents and with self-raising flour, you do not need to add agents they are already in there.

Thanks to its versatility and wonderful texture, it has very useful physical properties which make it fantastic for baking and cake making.

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate)
