A precooked, dried pasta made with 100% durum wheat semolina.

Cooking Instructions
1. For 1 cup of dry couscous use 1.5 cups of water. 2. Add to pan of boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover, and remove from heat. 3. Let steam for 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.
