Description
Bulgur wheat cooks into a light fluffy consistency similar to couscous and it can be used in the same way – it’s great in salads and side dishes.
TO COOK ON THE HOB 8-10 mins Before cooking: Place bulgur wheat in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Allow 29g of bulgur wheat per serving. During cooking: Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender.
