Description
Organic wholewheat couscous is full of healthiness and as delicious as stodgy foods get. Mix this fantastic product with Italian meals, tomato-sauces, creamy dishes, salads, fried vegetable and any savoury treat you can conceive of. Couscous is produced from selected durum wheat semolina which is moistened and spray dried into an oven which agglomerates the particles. The particles are partially cooked under steam, dried and sieved to the required size.

100% durum wheat semolina
Cooking Instructions
1. For 1 cup of dry couscous use 1.5 cups of water. 2. Add to pan of boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover, and remove from heat. 3. Let steam for 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.
